ALICE NUNN
Director
Alice is a specialist private client lawyer whose practice is centered around advising on complex estate, trust, and capacity matters as well as asset protection. She has a particular expertise in advising clients who are facing or dealing with a contentious or problematic trust or estate issue.
GRAEME HALSE
Consultant
Graeme likes to problem solve and gets immense satisfaction from adding value to a client's business or enterprise as well as giving peace of mind. A background in all areas of litigation allows him to assess the likelihood of success or the likely pitfalls so that legal disputes can be settled within acceptable parameters.

Consultant
Philip has been a lawyer since 1971. His specialty practice area is property law in all its forms including land transactions, wills, enduring powers of attorney, estates and trusts.
Philip is a member of the NZ Law Society National Friends Panel which is made up of senior lawyers who provide a confidential support service to other lawyers about legal practice issues.
